Vishaal Bharadwaj Maaf – when you walk out of ‘7 khoon maaf’, don’t judge him – remember hez made some path breaking films, which have taken your breath away!

Priyanka Chopra Maaf – ok, with this one, she proves that whenever she takes on many roles in the same movie, or many husbands, she needs to seek our maafi! Know ur limitations babe! At the most, the dostana number of two guys, is all you can handle!
Uma Kaushik Maaf – because despite being a VB pankha, have to admit, this one disappointed!
Unless, it was intended to be a comedy – plenty of laughs here:
• John Abraham in a girlie wig and silky sexy lingerie, playing ‘chor police’ with his girlfriends … after belting out ‘oh mama’, a la rockstar, wearing a kilt and hold your breath, blonde wig!! Susanna got there first, or I would have murdered him!
• Nasserudin Shah as the wicked Bengali daaktar playing with poisonous mushrooms – funny!
• For some international flavor, there is a Russian detour, the only relief from the monotonous marriage-murder routine being the “darrrrling’ number, spiced with some sharp Russian steps!
• Oh yes, I forgot, Usha Uthup! Why??? Cute, unexpected, but ????????
So across more than 2 hours and seven down, all you know is that Susanna reserves her kindness for the servant class, marries evil men (I mean, please, poor Irfan Khan made to portray the twisted Shaayar was torture!) & shows ‘em no maafi!
Almost walked out, but glad I didn’t, otherwise I would have missed Susanna’s Sati Savitri avatar when she becomes “Yesu ki Bride”, does a trance dance with a Jesus Christ like character and heads for the confession box!
For that hilarious ending – 30 dhs for the ticket Maaf!!!
